Shipping Policy
OVERVIEW
JammuBasket has integrated one of the best Payment Gateway on our website (jammubasket.com) for ease of secure and safe transactions for happy customers. Our Payment partners are well equipped with security standards to avoid any misconduct or spam.
Your shipping address, pincode will be verified with the database of JammuBasket before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our shipping partner delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by JammuBasket or its delivery partners, JammuBasket will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
In case you book multiple order for the Products in one transaction, JammuBasket would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics' issues. If you purchase multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by you. If you wish to ship Products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.
Shipping Terms
JammuBasket worked with owned shipping solution. All the products sold by JammuBasket can be purchased online from any part of J&k. All purchases must be followed by a valid shipping address in J&K.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
JammuBasket provides Cash on Delivery (COD) as an extended service. Since this is an extended service.
We follow rigorous steps to verify any fraudulent or forged order(s):
- Once the order(s) is placed, one of our JammuBasket representatives will give you a call back to verify the shipping address, phone number and email id mentioned while placing the order(s).
- Once verified your order shall be processed and you shall be notified on your registered mobile no and email id.
- In case we are unable to contact you due to unavailability or mobile switched off, we will intimate you about the pending verification via sms or e-mail id to confirm the order(s).
- We will re-attempt 3 times to verify and if not verified, your order(s) shall be cancelled and you will intimated via email on your registered email id.
- On delivery, you need to pay the amount mentioned on invoice to the delivery executive. Please do not accept the delivery article if it is in tampered condition. In such cases, please call us immediately at +91 9555798230 and don't accept the article.
- In case of any quality concerns, you are eligible for a replacement if intimated with in 2 days of receipt of article.
Shipping Charges
JammuBasket provides free delivery on all products if the order amount is above certain limit i.e. 499 INR. Otherwise a nominal charge of 50 INR will be charged. Minimum shopping value and shipping charges vary from city to city. In case there is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by customer. Some areas in J&K attract more shipping cost and hence additional charge shall reflect on your Total Amount before proceeding for Payment.
Delivery Time
JammuBasket monitors and delivers the Quality product directly from Global & Local source. JammuBasket generally operates with 1-3 days shipping policy for the areas covered by our shipping process. However, in Festive occasions or heavy load identified by shipping carrier, we commit to deliver in 2-4 working days.
In special or rare scenarios where there is a delay beyond JammuBasket’s control, JammuBasket assures to co-ordinate with shipping vendor and deliver as soon as possible. JammuBasket would request customer(s) to support in such cases as sometimes we do face delivery challenges due to Address issues/Natural Disaster etc.
"Other areas are referred to as the areas wherein there is a limited scope of private shipping. In such cases if any order is booked from any such location, JammuBasket will intimate you before dispatching via email."
"In case of any expedited delivery request by you, additional charges will be applicable."
"With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the product(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details."
Taxes or Hidden Charges?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes. In case their is any octroi charge, the same has to be bear by customer.
Amendments
JammuBasket may amend this Payments & Shipping Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. The revised version will be effective at the time JammuBasket posts it on the Website. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the Payments & Shipping Policy.
