Akhnoor Palangtod (Milk Cake), SUGAR FREE is a special preparation from locals of Akhnoor region. It is made up of full cream cows milk for this recipe. Basically full cream milk would yield more milks solids as compared to the skim milk. The milk is reduced to one third by continuous heating technique.The proper texture and colour to milk cake is made once all the milk solids reduced to one third of the quantity.
